Last night’s Round 2 finish had so many of our friends holding their breath, but alas, our Snow Playoffs Hockey pool is pretty much the same list of teams. Here’s how it’s lined up today. As you can see, the real battle for dominance is between Teams 3 – 7. That close point range makes those spots shaky:

Roger asked the other day if hockey was still going on, which tells the tale of how his teams are doing in the Playoffs! In fact, only Randy* remains in the Top 10 for our Snow Hockey Playoffs Pool. Since last week, the teams in 1st and 2nd have swapped places; same with 3rd and 4th.

The big change is that 2 teams have moved rapidly up the ranks to land in the Top 10 for the first time! Team Slashers has moved into 5th place out of nowhere and Team LA is tied for 9th this week.

For all the wailing and knashing of teeth, the standings should be more exciting, but we have almost the same teams in our Top 10, with only 2 points separating places 5-10. Team snowstorm has a solid lead, and Carter is 4 points ahead of the team in 3rd. We have 3 ties – 6th, 8th and 10th place are all doubled up.

There’s a pretty large point spread in the Top 5 – 10 points separate #1 from those T4s!
