Hockey Pool Standings Shift But Edmonton Seals Still In The Lead

The Snow Hockey Pool Standings as of this morning show a new top 5 teams, with one exception: Edmonton Seals is still the clear leader, sitting at number 1 with 233 points. Here’s the top five:

  • Edmonton Seals 233
  • Trudy 229
  • GoBosChamps 229
  • Magic Hippos 228
  • Express 226

There are only 5 points separating the top 4 spots and only 7 points difference in the top five stack, so there’s still hope for us all!

HyperWear Video Training Lab #13: Challenge By Loading One Side

Diane Vives, HyperWear Training, runs through several examples of increasing the workout challenge with one sided loading. Using Steelbells to load 15 or 20 pounds on one side of your body makes it imperative to work the core to keep alignment. Loading one side requires focus and careful alignment, but easily adds some intensity to your workout!
