Affiliate Marketing Manager
- Weekly updates with clients via email
- 2x monthly calls with clients
- Manage Expectations
- Plan growth incentives with the client and communicate to Snow Teams path to implementation
- Quarterly Goal setting and planning ( same as above )
- Technical updates
- Network upgrades
- Commission changes
Network Onboarding – Existing in Network
- Review the current program set up
- Identify Tracking Deficiencies
- Coordinate with Client and Network upgrades to tracking ( up to and including the reinstall – testing )
- Coordinate with Client – Network and Internal Snow Team Feed Services
- Plan with the team to coordinate and track the onboarding process through ASANA ( see all tasks assigned to me)
- Communicate Client’s desires for banner creative as well as internal creative needed for networks to our Graphics Team
New to Affiliate Marketing Merchant
- Review existing competitors in the space
- Create program terms and commissions that will align with the Client’s goals
- Coordinate the task list for the program set up
- Work with Agency /Network counterparts to move the new set up along. ( Technical requests-frequent follow ups)
- Meet with client to set expectations and time lines
- Follow up with Teams on progress status
- Update client on the status and send any creative or program terms for approvals
Must be proficient or have a good working knowledge of:
- Excel
- Word
- Asana
- HTML
- PhotoShop or similar graphic tools
- Some knowledge of Java script would be ideal

Daily Tasks
- Analysis of all programs- looking for drops, failed feed notices, financial notices, red flags
- Communicate with team – findings and discuss solutions
- Respond to client questions
- Assist team with any account changes needed
- support requests from affiliate recruitment team – this includes issues with feeds – questions from affiliates – discussing opportunities to present to clients, issues with tracking- research and identify – and get it fixed asap
- Newsletter – proof read
- Respond to Network counterpart questions
- Follow up on outstanding tasks
- Prepare agenda for client calls – pull reports and request updates from team.
- Communicate with clients – status updates
- Calls with Clients – approx 30 min for follow up calls
Overall the ideal person must be nimble and able to multi task. Jumping in to assist teams where needed. Working knowledge of how each network interface works. How to pull actionable data and take action with the data. Negotiate with and educate merchants in a way that makes them feel confident in our services and guidance.
